About our program
Work Design Culture (WDC) is an experiential lab for students to explore, design, and grow their careers.
Our 90-day program offers a transformatively dynamic experience for young professionals to co-design their work experiences and shape their own work content.
WDC is a community, a movement, and a mindset.
Our experiential program brings together visionary students from different universities to tackle real-life challenges creatively.
Students with complementary career paths are placed into a project team, where they can leverage their unique skillsets to define & achieve project goals.
Students are paired with a project team & mentor based on their passions, career aspirations and desired areas of growth.
Our mentors build a flexible role for each student, oversee the project teams, and meet with students 1:1 weekly to help them build and shape their experience.
We believe that every individual deserves to engage in meaningful and fulfilling work.
Our goal is to instill in students the mindset, skills, and confidence to identify the work that they love, and to take initiative in consistently shaping their own work content.
